Depression & Anxiety Virtual Support Group

This adult (18+) only support group is open to people with all levels of depression and/or anxiety. Run by a professional counsellor, this welcoming group is a space to make connections, learn coping strategies, and get support. Each session focuses on group discussions, sharing advice and feelings, and education.

At a Glance

When: Every other Saturday at 11:30am

Where: Online (Zoom - No Download Required)

How Long: 1 Hour

How Much: £7.50 per person

How Many People: Maximum 10 per session

How it Works: Click the 'book a space' button on the group you're interested in. It will take you to the event page on Eventbrite which will tell you more about the group and give you the option to book straight through their trusted booking/payment system. On the day of the group, log into the event page on Eventbrite (only accessible if you have booked a space) and click the link to the Zoom meeting. You will need a device (phone, tablet or computer), a stable internet connection, a camera, and a microphone.
