ONLINE ASSESSMENTS
Do you think you might have depression or anxiety but aren't sure? It's always best to talk to your GP or a mental health professional before self-diagnosing, but your experience of your emotions is important, and getting clarity on what's going on can help to alleviate confusion. Take one of the below tests which are used in clinical practice (such as by therapists within the NHS) when assessing people for generalised anxiety and depression. It is important to remember that whatever your scores, if you're suffering, you and your feelings are important so please get in touch with your GP or a therapist such as myself to get help.
