Cancellation Policy

A strict 24-hour cancellation policy applies. You can use your online account to cancel for free up to 24 hours before your appointment, or contact me by text or email using the contact details provided on the website. Bookings must be paid in full at least 48 hours before the appointment start time; failure to do so may result in your session being cancelled. Please aim to be ready for your session 5 minutes early to allow time for preparation, plus travel and parking if attending in person.
